During the course of over twenty (20) years in a wide array of positions (COO, VP R&D, Delivery Director and more) and a number of technology companies, big and small and with diverse company cultures – I grew, developed and advanced in my career, and I created successes for my teams, my customers, my managers and the companies for which I worked
I’m familiar with, and have also experienced firsthand, what managers experience on a daily basis: the challenges, the pressure, working in the global environment, the professional ambitions, the need for work-life balance, and daily dilemmas mid-level and senior managers face on a daily basis. I’ve been there.
Over the years I entered the world of coaching, I studied, learned, gained experience and developed a great deal of expertise in the field. I see the impact that coaching has on the performance and results of executives and business owners that I coach, and I know that such a process is A MUST for every manager and business owner who wants to succeed.
Using a unique method I have built that combines coaching tools with managerial tools, I coach executives and business owners and help them achieve peak performance - identify gaps, challenge their comfort zones, improve managerial skills, break glass ceilings, lead, and reach professional and business goals – all while creating success for themselves, their managers and the companies for which they work.
