Business coaching – why is it required?

It’s no easy business to manage a business.

When I opened my business, I dreamed of a successful, flourishing and prosperous business, a business that customers come in with a smile, and leave with an even bigger smile. I envisioned a business that grows organically through word of mouth at a quick rate every month and every year. I had a vision of a business that grows and expands every year with sky-high revenues and profitability that ..... well you can already imagine.

My vision was a business that will make me get up in the morning, every morning with a ....  smile.

If you are a business owner for some time, you already know that the path to a successful business is not so easy. It is fraught with difficulties, obstacles, continuous ups and downs, disappointments, pressures, and often with tensions. Reaching the point that customers come from word of mouth takes time, and business cannot rely solely on word of mouth.

Having said that, there is huge satisfaction and joy when things work out… immense happiness and joy.

Anyone who has been running a business for a while knows it is not easy to manage a business.

Running a successful business requires knowledge and professional expertise in the domain the business works in, but while this is necessary, it is not enough.

In addition to specializing in your specific domain, many other areas such as customer management, marketing, sales, employee management, logistics, administration, financial management and other disciplines are also required.

Different skills are required, such as time management, prioritization, exceptional interpersonal communication, sales skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills and more.

On top of all these comes the personal aspect. Every business owner has the areas and activities they like to do most, and the activities they like to do the least. There are domains where the owner is strong and it comes seamlessly, and domains that the owner tries to avoid or just don’t fit his or her character. When running a business there is no choice but to implement everything that is necessary to do in order to succeed, and not focus on what one likes, or where things come naturally.

In order for a business to succeed, the business owner must be able to successfully manage all domains, efficiently and professionally and to be in constant learning and development mode and take the right steps in order for the business to succeed.

Using a proven method for business coaching, and tools I use for teaching and training many business owners , not to mention that I implementing them myself on a daily basis, we will work on your business growth as well as on your personal growth as a business owner (and the employees) to manage the business more efficiently and achieve business results that exceed your expectations!
