Manager Coaching and training - Why is it important?

Every manager wants to succeed, excel, and be promoted. However, there is often a gap between our goals and the actual results. A gap between the potential and performance. Often there is mediocrity, room for improvement. Sometimes we also call it ... a glass ceiling.

I have personally experienced the professional and personal challenges that managers experience, and I have broken through different glass ceilings in my career.

I have a common language with the managers. I have been there.

The combination of my managerial experience with my coaching experience, and the unique method I have built, enable me to help managers bridge gaps, avoid mistakes, be there for them in daily dilemmas and challenges, and achieve results and successes much faster.

Team coaching and management team coaching for achieving better results as a team.

Through a process that combines tools from personal coaching together with management and leadership skills, we will achieve better results both as a team and as individual managers.

We will define the goals of the team process, build a specific and tailor-made coaching program to meet the needs of the team, and work together as a team (and also one on one where necessary) to reach the goals we set.

These days, the role of a manager requires the skills of leading, managing, and acting as a mentor to your employees and managers on your team. This is the expectation from every manager, and already part of the manager's role definition.

For some of the managers, it comes intuitively, naturally. But for most, it does not.

We will learn coaching tools and practice implementing them during our day-to-day management experience. We will learn how to combine these tools with different management skills, how to practice on ourselves, and then implement them with other managers and employees.

This course provides a method and tools that will contribute to the managers’ personal and managerial growth, and allow them to become both better managers and mentors to their employees, all while improving overall results.

Among other things, we will learn and develop improved listening abilities, as well as high-level interpersonal and communication skills. We will also work on and learn to develop a more open-minded approach and improve our overall attitude. We will learn how to change behavioral patterns that will lead to better results and much more.

This is a fascinating program that develops the manager both on a personal and professional level. The program forges a team spirit within the management team while raising its commitment to the company.

The Manager as a Coach

A black belt in martial arts signifies the highest professional level, as does the Black Belt Management program for managers.

The program is comprised of a series of sessions where we learn, practice, and grow personally, professionally and as a team, on a wide array of management topics. We’ll work on both soft skills, such as approach and leadership, as well as professional skills.

We will tackle topics like leadership, interpersonal communication, drive and motivation, change of approach, and other skills, along with management tools such as time management, customer management, prioritization, sales, coping with disparate and diverse communication styles, and any relevant management tools for the participants.

We will build group synergy, learn from each other’s experiences, all while strengthening the group's engagement and commitment to the company.

Monthly seminars combine lectures with studying practical management tools, together with discussions about dilemmas and challenges and finding solutions in the most effective way.
